How It Works:

For Pet Owners

1.
Consult your referring veterinarian about any medical care needed during transport.
2.
Complete the booking form to provide required information and submit your deposit.
3.
Our team will review the records and coordinate directly with the referring veterinary team.
4.
Before departure, we’ll contact you to go over the plan and answer any questions.
5.
At arrival, your pet will be transferred to the receiving clinic’s veterinary staff.
6.
We will ensure all medical records are properly relayed and transfer is confirmed with you.

For Veterinarians

What to Expect:

  • Rounds with an Aluna veterinarian to discuss your patient’s needs
  • Ongoing updates to your client during transport and upon arrival
  • Direct transfer of care between veterinary professionals
  • Prompt delivery of medical records to the receiving clinic

How to Get Started:

  1. Have your client complete our transport request form. Once submitted, we’ll contact you for patient rounds and reach out to your client to establish a VCPR.
